The Headteachers are demanding that the government restrain the Minister for local government,Balam Byeruhanga Ateenyi, from what they describe as the continued targeting and arrest of school administrators over alleged corruption.

The exercise was officially opened by Canon Jane Acio Obeny,the Lira City Education Officer,who urged teachers involved in the marking to maintain professionalism, integrity and fairness throughout the exercise.
